UGC pays tributes to martyrs on Victory Day

University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh led by its Chairman Professor Dr. Kazi Shahidullah paid tributes to the martyrs of the Liberation War by placing wreaths at the National Mausoleum in Savar marking the 49^th Victory Day on 16 December 2019.

UGC Member Professor Dr. Md. Sazzad Hossain; President and General Secretary of UGC Officers’ Association and Karmachari Union and officials and employees of the Commission were present.

Later, UGC paid homage to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing wreath at his portrait at Dhanmondi 32 and Bangabandhu's mural at UGC.
