Meeting between UGC and World Bank held at UGC

A meeting between University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh and the World Bank was held at UGC meeting room on 24 July 2019. Professor Kazi Shahidullah, Chairman, UGC presided over the meeting. During the meeting, they discussed about preparation of draft Development Project Proposal (DPP) and procurement plan of the proposed ‘Higher Education Acceleration and Transformation’ (HEAT) project.

Professor Dr. M. Shah Nowaz Ali, Professor Dr. Dil Afroza Begum, Professor Dr. Muhammed Alamgir and Professor Dr. Md. Sazzad Hossain, Members, UGC and Dr. Md. Khaled, Secretary, UGC, among others, were present during the meeting. Dr.  Md. Mokhlesur Rahman, Senior Operations Officer, World Bank led the delegation.
