UGC, World Bank held meeting over HEAT

University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh today (15 December 2019) held a meeting with the World Bank (WB) to discuss the progress of the proposed ‘Higher Education Acceleration and Transformation’ (HEAT) project.

Professor Kazi Shahidullah, Chairman of the UGC presided over the meeting. Dr. Md. Mokhlesur Rahman, Senior Operations Officer, World Bank led the 3-member WB delegation.

Professor Dr. Md. Akhtar Hossain, Professor Dr. Dil Afroza Begum and Professor Dr. Md. Sazzad Hossain, Members, UGC; Dr. Ferdous Zaman, Director, Planning and Development Division, senior officials of UGC were present.
